To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aicron and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, resulting from: - Use or inability to use the Services - Attendance at or participation in events listed on the platform - Unauthorized access to user information - Errors or omissions in content Our total liability in any matter relating to the use of Aicron shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) by the user to Aicron within the six months preceding the claim.
